See the corrective advertizing <a href=\"http:\/\/www.accc.gov.au\/content\/item.phtml?itemId=867216&amp;nodeId=992aca7168c816441bede4d28d8465ac&amp;fn=Corrective%20Advert%20Scan.pdf\" class=\"broken_link\">here<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>The company for a period of 3 years, will also ensure that it will not make the claims that:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>that consumption of Coca-Cola cannot contribute to weight gain unless that claim can be substantiated;<\/li>\n<li>that consumption of Coca-Cola cannot contribute to tooth decay or that tooth decay is declining globally, unless the particular claim made can be substantiated;<\/li>\n<li>that 250ml of the Coca-Cola Product bearing the brand name \u201cDiet Coca-Cola\u201d contains only one half of the amount of caffeine as that contained in  a cup of tea, without further qualification, unless that claim can be substantiated.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>This case was commented in <a href=\"http:\/\/www.thelancet.com\/journals\/lancet\/article\/PIIS0140-6736%2809%2960703-0\/fulltext\" class=\"broken_link\">an editorial of The Lancet<\/a>.
